What we can build

  • Initial runs of technical pouches and bags following prototype review.
  • Buyer-specific equipment covers and sewn accessories.
  • A limited set of configurations with defined fabric, trim, and assembly details.

Materials and construction

Plan each run by fabric, colorway, hardware set, and approved design revision. Our material experience includes CORDURA® fabric, nylon, webbing, and vinyl, with JUKI walking-foot equipment supporting assembly. A consistent bill of materials and component supply plan help organize cutting, edge binding, sewing, and repeat orders.

Who this work is for

Brands launching products, agencies ordering custom equipment, and contractors planning an initial or repeat run.

Project details

  • An approved sample or the remaining development tasks.
  • Quantity per size, color, and configuration, rather than a combined total alone.
  • Material supply plan and requested delivery date.

From sample to production

First, establish which design revision the run will use. Then review cutting and assembly requirements, confirm materials, and agree the quantity and schedule. Buyer-requested changes after approval should be reviewed for their effect on the run.

Construction details

A clear design revision and material list keep the run consistent. We discuss sample approval, finished dimensions, inspection points, and batch records before production.
