SMS Terms
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These terms apply if you separately enroll in an SMS service from Fort Yuma Defense Co.. The website currently does not offer SMS enrollment or send text messages. A phone number entered in the quote form is not permission to send recurring or marketing texts.
Consent and message types
Before you enroll, we identify Fort Yuma Defense Co. as the sender and explain the message types, such as requested project updates or customer service. Marketing messages require your separate express written consent. Agreeing to website terms or a privacy policy is not an SMS opt-in. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
The enrollment offer will explain message frequency. Service-message frequency may vary with your project or requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
For an enrolled service that accepts replies, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. You may also email the legal contact below or ask your Fort Yuma Defense Co. contact to withdraw consent. If reply texting is unavailable, we provide another working opt-out method in the enrollment offer and messages. A final message may confirm your opt-out.
Your mobile information
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process information needed to deliver the service and honor your choices. See the Privacy Policy.
Your number and delivery
Enroll only with a number you are authorized to use, and tell us if you change or give up that number. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network. Text messaging is not an emergency service.
Questions and updates
Email legal@fortyumadefenseco.com with questions about these terms. Changes to a messaging program and any additional consent requirements will be explained before they take effect.
