What we can build

Materials and construction

Specify webbing width, thickness, finish, color, and the required material specification. Common strap layouts use 1-inch, 1.5-inch, or 2-inch webbing with matching ITW Nexus or Duraflex® hardware. Include finished length, adjustment travel, cut-end treatment, and stitch geometry for every connection.

From sample to production

The sample review checks geometry and compatibility with the host assembly. Any change to routing, hardware, or the joint design should be incorporated into the approved reference. Repeat quantities are assessed only after that configuration is clear.

Construction details

Finished length, adjustment range, strap routing, and sewn-joint placement define the assembly. Include material specifications, stitch details, and required inspection records.
