These terms describe use of the Fort Yuma Defense Co. website. Project-specific agreements govern the manufacturing services you order.
Website information and inquiries
The website describes custom sewing, prototypes, materials, and manufacturing services. A website description or submitted quote request is not an accepted order. The form sends your project details for review; confirmation of receipt does not establish a price, production commitment, or delivery date.
Quotes and project agreements
A project agreement establishes the design revision, materials, quantities, price, payment terms, schedule, shipping arrangements, inspection requirements, and deliverables. Changes, cancellations, returns, warranties, and remedies are handled under that agreement and applicable law.
Drawings, patterns, and artwork
Provide materials you are authorized to share and use. Ownership and permitted use of drawings, patterns, designs, branding, and samples are addressed in the project agreement. Providing a reference does not transfer ownership of it.
Confidential project information
Discuss NDA and file-transfer arrangements before exchanging confidential drawings or restricted project information. Include handling requirements in the project discussion.
Use of the website
You may browse and reference the site for legitimate business inquiries. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
Website content and third-party marks
Use of the website does not grant ownership of or a license to reproduce protected content or third-party logos. Manufacturer names and logos identify materials, components, and equipment. The ownership notice in the footer applies throughout the site.
