Materials and construction

Define nylon webbing, binding tape, and molded hardware as a complete assembly. Include width, finished length, adjustment range, and exact ITW Nexus or Duraflex® part numbers. For specified materials, provide the full designation and revision, such as MIL-W-17337, A-A-55301 Type III, MIL-DTL-5038 binding tape, or MIL-W-4088 webbing, with the required type, class, and supplier records.

From sample to production

We review the strap path, attachment geometry, and assembly sequence. A sample can establish length adjustment and compatibility with mating hardware. Buyer approval of the physical configuration precedes agreement on a repeat assembly scope.

Construction details

We review finished length, adjustment travel, hardware fit, and each sewn connection. Include the stitch pattern, material specification, and inspection criteria on the assembly drawing.
